OUR SERVICES

We encourage you to carefully read and understand our policies, including the refund policy, to be fully informed of your rights and obligations under these terms.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our bespoke services, we do not accept returns on completed orders.

If adjustments are required to ensure our quality standards are met (for example, editing or proofreading services), we offer a revision process to ensure customer satisfaction.

If the delivered product does not meet the specified requirements at the time of order placement, we will conduct an internal review and provide revisions or rework at no extra charge.

REVISIONS

Each service package includes its own revision policy, as described in the individual service details.

Revisions are available within 5 to 10 business days after the order status changes to “Waiting for Customer Approval” in our project management system.

Revisions apply after the order has been presented for review. At that point, the customer may request amendments by contacting their assigned project manager via email.

Customers are also free to make any further personal edits to the content delivered, as it is supplied in an editable format and full ownership rights are transferred upon delivery.

REFUND POLICY

We recommend you carefully review the refund policy to understand your entitlements and limitations. Refunds are offered under specific conditions outlined below:

Book Writing Maestros UK offers a refund policy, but it is subject to conditions and is not an unconditional 100% guarantee.

Refunds will not be applicable if:

• You have selected a custom or discounted package.
• You have requested revisions beyond the initial agreed scope.
• You have been unresponsive for more than two weeks without prior notice.
• You requested the project be put on hold.
• Our company policies have been breached.
• The client-provided brief lacked essential information.
• Business circumstances changed on your side (such as closing or rebranding).
• Refund requests arise from reasons unrelated to our service quality, such as change of mind or partner disagreements.
• You have already accepted and approved multiple rounds of revisions.

CHANGE OF MIND

• Before Project Start: A full refund is available if requested before our team begins work.
• After Project Progress: If work has commenced and at least one round of revision has been used, a partial refund may be offered, to fairly compensate our team.

INCOMPETENT DELIVERY

You may only claim a refund after you have exhausted all revision options if:

• The final product fails to meet the documented project requirements.
• We have provided multiple rounds of revisions but still failed to deliver as agreed.

In such cases, we will mutually agree on a fair refund percentage.

LATE DELIVERY

While we strive for timely delivery, if we fail to deliver after at least three documented contact attempts, a refund will be processed upon evidence that the delay was the company’s fault.

REFUND TIMEFRAME

Refund claims must be submitted within 10 days of the initial delivery (if no revisions have been requested). Claims made after this period will not be considered. Please ensure you note this deadline when placing your order.

CASES WHERE REFUNDS WILL NOT APPLY

• Minor technical issues such as typos, formatting, or small missing elements (these are handled through revisions).
• Delays are caused by the client’s own lack of response or delays.
• Complaints solely about word count, where the delivered work meets all other agreed specifications.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices and discounts for services may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service (or part thereof) at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for changes, price adjustments, service suspensions or discontinuations.
