"Client", "You", "Your" refer to anyone placing an order or communicating on behalf of a person or entity engaging our services.
"Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refer to the service provider operating this website and its associated team.
"Order" refers to any service request placed by the client, confirmed via phone, email, or web form, and paid in full or part.
"Project" refers to any agreed-upon deliverable(s), including writing, design, editing, publishing, or marketing services.
OUR SERVICES
We provide professional writing, editing, book production, design, and marketing services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand the scope of the service purchased and the policies attached to it.
It is your responsibility to review these terms before submitting payment or project briefs. Misunderstanding of our scope or limits will not qualify for a refund.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed or delivered services.
However, we do allow for revisions in accordance with our Revision Policy (see below) in order to meet project expectations or correct errors aligned with the original brief.
REVISIONS
Each service comes with a defined number of revisions as specified at the time of purchase. Revisions are processed within 5 to 10 working days after the request is approved and may vary depending on workload and package type.
Revisions must be based strictly on the original brief. If the changes requested fall outside of the agreed scope or new instructions are introduced, additional charges may apply.
Requests for revisions should be submitted via email to your assigned representative or project manager.
We reserve the right to limit excessive revisions or decline changes that contradict the initial agreement.
REFUND POLICY
We are committed to client satisfaction, and while we strive to deliver excellence in every project, we understand concerns may arise. Our refund policy is as follows:
Refunds are only issued in special cases and are not guaranteed unless the criteria below are met:
- A 100% refund is possible before work has started on the project.
- No refund will be granted if a custom or special package has been used.
- If more than 50% of the project has been completed, a refund is not eligible.
- Refunds will not be provided if the client:
- Becomes non-responsive for over 2 weeks.
- Fails to submit required information after repeated reminders.
- Accepts the initial draft or revision and fails to raise concerns promptly.
- Changes the scope of the project mid-process.
All refund requests must be submitted via email and are subject to approval after internal review.
Once a refund is issued, the client forfeits rights to any drafts, designs, or written materials produced up to that point.
PAYMENT
All payments must be made in advance via accepted payment gateways (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). Payment plans, if applicable, must be honoured within the agreed time frame.
Failure to complete payments may result in delayed or cancelled services.
